Founded in 2020 by accredited Sommelier Dani Morris, we pride ourselves in creating experiences in-person and online that bring joy to everyday life through food and drink.

Meet The Founder, Dani Morris
Welcome friends, I’m so glad to have you here. My love affair with dining began as a kid while visiting family in France and spending hours at the dinner table. Although I didn’t even speak the same language as my French cousins, the food and wine on the table seemed to connect us greater than any conversation ever could. Sharing food and drink was their love language…and it quickly became mine.
I began my career working for various restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip, where the joy of hospitality and giving people a great experience was ignited in me. I graduated college with a degree in Beverage Management, became a Certified Sommelier, and entered the wine industry as the Wine Manager for the MGM Grand. A few years later, I moved to Reno, NV with my husband to became a corporate wine & beer educator for beverage industry professionals.
I founded Full Glass in 2020 when I said goodbye to the corporate world and embarked on my own journey into entrepreneurship. My passion for teaching wine was unwavering, so I infused that with my passion for creating incredible experiences.
Full Glass exists to inspire people to create unforgettable moments in food and wine, whether that’s through a private experience with us, taking one of our online courses, or by using our digital resources.

An event with Full Glass is perfect for celebrations of all kinds. Many of our clients utilize us for bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties and corporate meetings. We are based in Reno, Nevada and are happy to travel anywhere our work takes us.

Ticketed Workshops and Classes
Fusing drink education and fun is what we are known for, so we create in-person classes in the Reno-Tahoe area throughout the year for our wine and spirits-loving community. And if you’re not local to our area, don’t worry—we also offer online classes both live and on-demand as well.

With over 8 years of professional wine buying experience, Dani Morris prides herself in finding private clients the very best wines at the best prices. Oftentimes, her service fee pays for itself in the amount she saves the buyer.
