Coastal California: Sonoma & Beyond

California’s coastline is home to some of the most celebrated Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the world, and in this class, we’ll be exploring the subregions of this massive landscape and the unique differences in wines they create.

Guided by certified sommelier and wine educator Dani Morris, this is one of her favorite topics to share with the Full Glass wine community. Together, we’ll taste her go-to bottles from California’s cool-climate coastal regions while exploring the mesoclimates and terroir that shape the grapes, styles, and personalities of these wines.

This class is designed for everyone—from new wine enthusiasts to aspiring sommeliers. With a special focus on Sonoma County, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how Mother Nature decides where the best grapes grow and how the coast creates such distinctive wines.
