Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs
If you’ve been to a bubbles class with Dani before, you might be aware of her loyalty to Schramsberg as one of her top American sparkling wineries. Full of history and American dreams, this bottle is a representation of great sparkling wine outside of Champagne, and with an easier price tag.
Most people are familiar with the “Blanc de Blancs” label from Schramsberg, but the “Blanc de Noirs” is our favorite. Made from red grapes only, the Blanc de Noirs has a bit more structure, depth and character than the Blanc de Blancs. And it’s a total crowd-pleaser with lots of layers of fruit intermingling with pie-crust toastiness. It will pair with just about anything you’re serving, but we prefer popping this bottle at the start to get the party going.
Wine Style: Brut (dry, not sweet)
